 YES on 105! Communities Not Corporations!

The public opinion spinners have been throwing accusations of dark money, using the practice of circumstantial evidence with witnesses who should be in a madhouse, trying to tie a local fight in our community of small businesses with a national right-wing campaign that is supposedly full of dark banknotes. It is the last attempt to divert the attention of the true victims of a derailed train that will over run an entire community in the name of progress.

Who will be the victims?

This fight is not really about the city of Phoenix, or Valley Metro, or newspapers, or television media. This fight is about the small business community and I'm going to introduce them to you. 

To start with there is South Plaza Shopping Mall Center where there are from restaurants to Pizzerias, from Boots Store to cell phone shop, from beauty salons to Oldies But Goodies style t-shirt shop. 

Along the Central South is Mariscos El Dorado with its Sinaloa style music and Seafood, further south is Ponchos Restaurant and Panaderia Fenix. Among the businesses is a Food City, Ranch Market, Ace Hardware, and countless paint shops, tire shops, the Villa Alborada dance floor, Churches, Funeral Homes, and of course an entire community that brings all the lives to life. business.

The argument that something has to be sacrificed for the progress of the city of Phoenix and Valley Metro is a cruel argument. A heartless argument that hides behind a contempt for the small merchant in favor of the large corporations that push the project. 
 

They see it as sacrificing the small merchant and the community in order to bring millions of investments to the city and the state of Arizona.

We recommend that before sending your vote you think that a city, a state, should not have the right to deprive you of your business, or your property, or anyone’s possessions without informed consent from the affected community, 

Unfortunately, many voters do not understand the consequences of their vote. They simply see a train that will serve to transport people. They do not ask who is behind the scenes pushing that train.

They do not see the greed of a billion and a half dollars that will be pocketed from contractors, lawyers, construction firms, in their attempt to eradicate established businesses and replace them with large corporate consortiums outside our community.
 

You probably already have your ballot in the mail. Don't forget to fill it out and return it with a Yes in Proposition 105. You will not only vote to save the Southern Phoenix community but also help repair the roads in Phoenix. You will also be able to save money from your taxes that will be invested in repairing sidewalks, roads, and other public works more important than a dead-end train.

Los hiladores de la opinión publica le han estado dando vuelo a la hilacha lanzando acusaciones de dinero oscuro, utilizando la practica de evidencia circunstancial con testigos que mas bien podían estar en un asilo de locos, tratando de atar una lucha de una comunidad y un grupo de negocios pequeños, con una campaña nacional que supuestamente esta repleta de billetes de oscura procedencia. Es el ultimo intento para desviar la atención de las verdaderas víctimas de un tren descarrilado que arrollara toda una comunidad en el nombre del progreso.

¿Quienes serán las víctimas? De esto no habla ni la ciudad de Phoenix, ni Valley Metro, ni los periódicos, ni los medios de televisión. Pues se los voy a presentar. Para comenzar esta South Plaza Shopping Mall Center en donde hay desde restaurantes hasta Pizzerías, desde Tienda de Botas hasta tienda de celulares, desde salones de belleza hasta tienda de camisetas con estilo Oldies But Goodies.  A lo largo de la Sur Central esta Mariscos El Dorado con su estilo Sinaloa en música y en Mariscos, mas al Sur esta Ponchos Restaurant y la Panadería Fénix. Entre los negocios se encuentra un Food City, Ranch Market, Ace Hardware, y un sin numero de tiendas de pintura, llanteras, el lugar de baile Villa Alborada, Iglesias, Funerarias, y por supuesto toda una comunidad que le da vida a todos los negocios.

El argumento de que se tiene que sacrificar algo para el progreso que tira la ciudad de Phoenix y Valley Metro es un argumento cruel. Un argumento desalmado que esconde detrás un desprecio por el pequeño comerciante a favor de las grandes corporaciones que empujan el proyecto. Ellos lo ven como sacrificar al pequeño comerciante y a la comunidad con el fin de traer inversiones millonarias a la ciudad y al estado de Arizona.

Nosotros recomendamos que antes de enviar su voto piense que una ciudad, un estado, no debe tener el derecho de privar de su negocio, de su propiedad, a nadie sin su consentimiento libre he informado. Desafortunadamente mucho de los votantes no entienden las consecuencias de su voto. Ellos simplemente ven un tren que servirá para transportar personas. No se preguntan a quien va arrollar ese tren en la avaricia de un billón y medio de dólares que se embolsaran desde contratistas, abogados, firmas constructoras, en su intento por erradicar negocios establecidos y remplazarlos con grandes consorcios corporativos ajenos a nuestra comunidad.

Usted ya debe tener su boleta en el correo. No se le olvide llenarla y devolverla con un Yes en la Proposición 105. No solo votara para salvar la comunidad del Sur de Phoenix pero también ayudara a reparar las carreteras y caminos en Phoenix. Además, lograra ahorrar dinero de sus impuestos que serán invertidos en reparar banquetas, carreteras, y otras obras publicas mas importantes que un tren sin salida.

En los siguientes veinte días se decidida el futuro del Sur de Phoenix su voto será la diferencia. Ayude a salvar a la comunidad de Sur Phoenix de la destrucción Vote Yes en la Proposición 105.
